Chuck Lewis - Senior Pastor

After 10 years in the corporate world, God led Chuck to join Him and create The Anchor Community Church. Thankfully his wife Leigh and 4 kids Meredith, Emma, Lydia, and Eli came too. Chuck enjoys drinking coffee, reading, drinking coffee, anything outdoors, drinking coffee...did we mention drinking coffee?

Matt Swymer-Worship Leader

Matt has really stepped up and taken the leadership role in our worship arts area. He plays a mean guitar and has the voice of an angel.

Cayla Hicks- Children's Director

Cayla has taken the children's ministry and transformed it into something incredible...and we do mean incredible. She has a true desire to see kids come to know Christ. It has been known for kids to literally drag their parents to church early so they wouldn't miss a minute of Hey Yo' Studio.

Wendy Johnson- k-5 Leader

Wendy has really stepped up and taken ownership of our K-5 area of our Children's ministry. She has a big heart for the kids and just loves to get down on the floor and play with them.

Dee Gredler - Christian Education

After coming to know Jesus at the age of 24, God gave Dee a great desire to read and know His Word. She has been involved in small group ministries since she started teaching Precept Bible studies more than 20 years ago. After teaching for Precept almost 15 years she began writing her own studies. She also went back to school and earned her Master of Divinity degree. She and Mark have been married 35 years and have four grown children and two grandchildren.

Jennifer Carlile - Ministry Assistant

Jennifer plays a tremendous role at the Anchor by attempting to keep all of the office "stuff" in order. She does way too many things to list here so it can be summed up in one phrase, "astoundingly amazing!"
